Review : LG G2 Mini, Android KitKat with 1.5 GB RAM

LG G2 Mini is an Android-based smartphone that officially announced in February 2014. This phone is mini version of its flagship G2 series. The phone will have direct competition to the Galaxy S4 Mini, Motorola Moto G, Sony Xperia M2, Sony Xperia Z1 Compact or Nexus 5.


On the top, you can find two different ports, Infrared and 3.5mm audio. Meanwhile, in the bottom of the device, you can find MicroUSB port for data transfer or for charging and speaker. 


The LG G2 is packed with Android 4.4.2 OS KitKat and powered by 1.2 GHz Cortex-A7 Quad Core Precessor. It also equipped with 1GB RAM, 8 GB internal storage and can be upgraded via External Storage up to 32GB. The G2 Mini has 4.7 inches IPS LCD Capacitive Touch Screen size with Corning Gorilla Glass 2 screen protector while for general interface, it comes with LG Optimus UI.

This smartphone includes "Guest Mode" features so you can make the phone more secure. In the front page, there are 4 homescreen panel while in the menu panel, you can see that menu feature is categorized in 2 different part, Apps and Widget. Everything runs smoothly.

You can install many apps or games inside the phone because it has big storage. If you want to save more files, videos or photos, you can save it via MicroSD card. It has 2.440 mAh battery and it's good enough for communication and connectivity. The battery can make the phone stand by up to 700 h (2G) / up to 600 h (3G).

The LG G2 mini Support dual sim card and you can easily use it for Internet via operator or WiFi so you can watch online streaming video, Youtube, online musics and much more. The GPS also works great to display any location you want.


If you love photography, the phone will also useful because it has 8 MP main camera ( Autofocus, LED Flash, Video Record, etc) and 1.3MP front facing camera. For multimedia, The LG G2 Mini has complete features, Audio player, video player and radio FM can be found in the phone. Just browse its multimedia features and you can find many things inside it.

Other additional features of this phone includes Knock Code for security, ThinkFree Office Mobile and Guest Mode.
